Business Process Review

The purpose is to provide an analysis of the processes and workflows in the relevant client areas, and the tasks needed to implement an EDM / workflow system.

An analysis of the existing processes, records and workflows is carried out and the needs for management under the proposed system evaluated. Proposed workflows are identified.

A report setting out the tasks needed to implement the EDM / workflow system is produced. In particular, the following items are included:

• An outline indexing and classification system for documents for use in the EDM / workflow system.
• Diagrammatic representations of existing workflows and processes and suggestions for improvements.
• Discussion of Referencing, Legal Admissibility and Data Protection implications.
