Post Project Review

After 3-6 months of operation there should be a review of progress to date. This should be a positive learning exercise rather than a ‘witch hunt’ which seeks to place blame on someone.

We analyse the lessons learned from the pilot phase and review the EDM / Workflow strategy prior to decision making in relation to roll out.

The outcome of the review is broken down into four main headings:

  1. Business/Management Issues
  2. Human Factors Issues
  3. Technical Issues
  4. System Support & Vendor Issues
