Contract Negotiation ('Best and Final')

The purpose of this activity is to assist the client to gain best advantage from the contract agreed with the preferred supplier.

We review the preferred supplier’s proposed terms and join the client's team in negotiation with their representatives to determine the conditions of the contract for supply, prior to signature. It is likely that the contract will reflect deviations from the tender received, since the client may require changes, e.g. it may wish to undertake purchase of hardware through its usual avenues of supply.

The deliverable is expert advice provided in the context of the meeting to ensure that the terms of the contract meet acceptable standards common in the industry, and offer the client the best solution and support available for the price agreed.
